Joy Coffey recipe!

Hamburger Roll Ups

1 lb hamburg
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
Green Chilies (sm. can) optional but adds lots of good taste
3 pks crescent rolls

Cook hamburg until browned. Mix in cream cheese, cumin, and chili powder, (gr. chilies). Put one scoop of hamburg mixture on to crescent rolls and roll up. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-14 mins. Rolls should be a nice golden brown.

This is also a great recipe for halfing. I usually just make up the hole hamburg part then fill one tube of crescent rolls with the hamburg mixture. Then I either refrigerate or freeze the remaining mixture for the next time we have it.

Chicken Roll Ups

4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cresant rolls
1 can cream of chicken
3/4 can milk
Bag of cheese (mont. jack is go0d)

Cook chicken, cut into cubes. Roll chicken up into cresant rolls. Mix together soup and milk. Pour 1/2 cup of soup mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 in. pan. Put in rolls. Bake 5-7 mins. Pour rest of soup mixture over the top of rolls, and cover with cheese. Bake for 25 mins. Rolls should have a nice golden brown top.

Prep time: 15 mins
Baking time: 30-35 mins
Temperature: 350 degrees

This is a quick and easy recipe and very yummy. It is also VERY easy to half. Put into a 8x8pan and bake for about 5 mins less or until golden brown on top.
